I needed help after a nasty fall and couldn't even dress and undress, let alone anything else, like getting any food for myself. Bluebird Care came to my rescue and came in three times a day at first but with the help of there lovely girls, I was able to retrieve my independents and with their help, to not just to dress and undress but with there help to get hot food ready and getting it out safely onto my plate.
