WOW is all I can say to describe the absolutely AMAZING service I just received. I was having an issue with my washer appliance and from the moment I sent in my maintenance request, everyone on staff communicated with me thoroughly. They had a GE appliance tech come out to look at the machine and after deciding it was worth replacing it, both Juan and Keenan with Bluebird replaced it quickly, efficiently, and left my laundry room CLEAN.
