When my furnace died in the middle of winter, with a family of four in a cold house, I called BlueOx of Oxford expecting at least some level of help. Instead, I was told they couldn’t assist me because I “wasn’t an established customer.” Not even in an emergency. Not even with subzero temperatures outside and only a mile away. There was no amount of money I could offer that would get them to dispatch a technician. Always professional. Very reliable. Deliveries are always timely and there are never any spills like we had with other oil companies before we moved to Blue Ox many years ago. Yearly service packages are well worth the $$. Service folks are polite, professional and neat. We choose Blue Ox for all of our fuel oil and propane needs. Thanks Blue Ox.
This company only wants your money! I ordered a delivery on Wednesday at 15% and by Friday morning I was at 5%. They told me I was set for a delivery on Monday. And that SOMETIMES they deliver on Saturday. Yeah, if I pay a $200 fee! So they don’t care if you run out of propane! Now my pipes are frozen. As soon as it warms up I am switching to natural gas. Last year Amos came to the rescue and properly adjusted the contracted fall service of my oil furnace after it got messed up by the original guy. A quick great job by Amos got the furnace running better than it has run for years and this year Ryan, who was recommended by Amos, did a great job also and it is running even better so far. Thanks to these Blue Ox techs who really know their business!!
Tech Ryan, did a great job replacing the inducer motor on my furnace. It was completed in a timely manner, nice clean, professional job, and most of all no leaks. Management went above and beyond, in replacing a part, previously repaired, but only lasted a short time, before it failed. Kassie, was very helpful in coordinating the repair. Thank you, everyone.
