I have been a customer for 19 years and was happy with BlueOx service until recently. I needed my propane tank moved away from my shed for repairs and moved back once the repairs were completed. It took multiple calls to accomplish this simple task! First it was not moved were I asked away from the building. Then they didn't show for a follow-up. I had a situation with my previous oil provider (my regular delivery man was away with the National Guard) and the tank went dry since they didn't have anyone able to deliver up my hill. My grandson had to add diesel since they couldn't deliver. This screwed up the burner (with sediment)and Blue Ox came out, fixed it,and explained what I could do to avoid the problem in the future. Needless to say, Blue Ox is now the company I use for oil, LP and service.
