When my furnace died in the middle of winter, with a family of four in a cold house, I called BlueOx of Oxford expecting at least some level of help. Instead, I was told they couldn’t assist me because I “wasn’t an established customer.” Not even in an emergency. Not even with subzero temperatures outside and only a mile away. Always professional. Very reliable. Deliveries are always timely and there are never any spills like we had with other oil companies before we moved to Blue Ox many years ago. Yearly service packages are well worth the $$. Service folks are polite, professional and neat. We choose Blue Ox for all of our fuel oil and propane needs. Thanks Blue Ox.
I can say that the staff that I reach on the phone has been awesome! Very polite, very helpful. So far, I have not run out of propane. Admittedly, I am always worried that I will run out for a couple of different reasons. But my confidence grows when I see the Blue Ox truck here to top off the tanks. They have earned my trust and my business thus far.
I have been dealing with Blueox for 15+ years for propane and boiler maintenance and am completely satisfied with their prompt, polite and expert service provided on all aspects from the office to the delivery and follow-up. I highly recommend them.
This company only wants your money! I ordered a delivery on Wednesday at 15% and by Friday morning I was at 5%. They told me I was set for a delivery on Monday. And that SOMETIMES they deliver on Saturday. Yeah, if I pay a $200 fee! So they don’t care if you run out of propane! Now my pipes are frozen. As soon as it warms up I am switching to natural gas.
