Had an emergency over the weekend. Quick response and consultation regarding whether I could wait until Monday for a service call. I opted the weekend visit. Very reasonable cost with a service contract. Too bad the part I needed was expensive. However the technician was extremely knowledgeable and respectful of my concerns. All fixed! Blue Ox has always treated me well!
I’m very happy with Blue Ox. I was with a major company for many years and became increasingly disappointed. At every turn, Blue Ox listens to me and answers my calls and my questions The customer service staff are so polite and friendly and really helped me find solutions to issues. They were so helpful when I was trying to figure out, with the huge price increases, the best way for me to complete my budget year without breaking the bank. I am so glad I switched to them and hope more people use their company.
Always professional. Very reliable. Deliveries are always timely and there are never any spills like we had with other oil companies before we moved to Blue Ox many years ago. Yearly service packages are well worth the $$. Service folks are polite, professional and neat. We choose Blue Ox for all of our fuel oil and propane needs. Thanks Blue Ox.
I currently have Blueox Services with my family farm and just recently decided to get Blueox services for my home now and I am completely satisfied. They have followed through on everything in regards to delivery and pricing. I highly recommend Blueox for all of your fuel services.
When my furnace died in the middle of winter, with a family of four in a cold house, I called BlueOx of Oxford expecting at least some level of help. Instead, I was told they couldn’t assist me because I “wasn’t an established customer.” Not even in an emergency. Not even with subzero temperatures outside and only a mile away. There was no amount of money I could offer that would get them to dispatch a technician.
