My daughter had a wonderful experience at Blume. She felt that the staff genuinely cared about her, and it was clear that their work was more than just a job to them. Blume went above and beyond to meet our needs, offering support in many ways. When our daughter returned home, she felt safe, well, and supported. She had gained their trust and felt heard. We are incredibly grateful for the care they provided and the positive change she experienced while there.

An absolutely amazing staff and facility! From the very first call from Daniel to the check out process, staff was kind and empathetic towards my child’s needs. The program encourages self motivation and growth. The staff plans activities and outings that engage their patients interests and rewards their progress. I just can’t say enough about the staff. Outstanding service! I cannot say enough great things about Blume Behavioral Heath Facility and the incredible impact they have had on my daughter’s mental wellness and overall well-being. They made us felt understood, welcomed and supported all throughout the process. After hearing horror stories from the troubled teen industry I was anxious to go, but the staff immediately put my worries to ease, making me feel like a capable part of a community and empowering me to make my own calls on my treatment and really helping me in the long-run. We learned day-to-day skills like cooking/baking, cleaning and self regulation but we were also taught the tools we needed in order to heal through group therapy, mentor sessions and one-on-one counseling. I had heard a lot of bad things about adolescent residential treatment. After searching around, we found Blume, and they are basically the opposite of all the scary stories I have heard. Their staff and admin are caring, accessible, and really helped our child. I could not be more happy with what they were able to do. I will always be grateful. I recommend them without reservation!
