Loved this place under previous owner. Had several health issues and wasn't able to go as much as I liked. Previous owner was very helpful and would work with you on things. Under new ownership very unforgiving and inflexible. I asked for help with something that from a customer service standpoint was not a big deal and they wouldn't budge. I enjoyed the free class I did here. Made a reservation beforehand. It was clean. The trainer was encouraging but not too hard. I didn't feel out of place as there were all ability levels there. I would go again.
I’m new here and it’s been an absolutely wonderful experience. Everyone is so encouraging and kind and the sense of belonging is unmatched. And the workouts are FUN! 100% worth it! Edited a second time to say that I feel supported by this gym and (for the most part) the trainers have all been lovely!
I absolutely love this gym! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable, and never fail to give me another demo if I need additional assistance. I have been going for about 7 months now. I am not a person who does well working out on my own, so my track record so far is longer than any attempt at a fitness journey I have had on my own. Have been a member for over a year now and with the new switch in management there has been inappropriate behaviors exhibited by staff. Staff here uses public humiliation in attempt to achieve compliance despite limitations. Staff here also participates in verbal discriminations. Bullying is an expected behavior and is accepted by management and the corporation. No solution is offered after being a victim of these events with the response of “fairness” despite the unfair treatment as a member.
