Founded with a goal of empowering women through fitness, our gym offers women from all walks of life, results-driven workouts, free nutritional support, free babysitting, free mindset coaching and a sense of sisterhood. Really enjoy working out at Blush! Workouts are great and the instructor are all so welcoming!
I’m really disappointed to be writing this review because it has so much potential to be a safe & rewarding place for women to get a great workout. However, the management practices are predatory to say the least. I provided legal proof of my change of address in order to cancel my account. I paid my cancellation fee and received the cancellation notice. It should have ended there, but it didnt. I have never felt so comfortable and encouraged in a gym setting in my life. And my child enjoys the babysitting they offer! Blush for the win!
This place has an amazing environment with empowering women! The free babysitting is an awesome perk. The workouts have helped me mentally and physically. I’ve never felt strong both mentally and physically.
I absolutely enjoy being a member of BLUSH, Such a comfortable environment and the trainers dont force certain exercises, if they see i need to take a break for a second they allow me to do that without making me feel pressured. I am able to work out at my own pace in a womens only environment and it has changed the game for me. They are one of the only places here that offers 6:30pm sessions and that is what works best for my schedule so that also has changed the game for me. I highly recommend 🙌🏽
