Not enough words to explain how AMAZING BLUSH BOOT CAMP IS, it exceeds the expectations of a phenomenal environment! Lizz has such an AWESOME, FUN, FREE SPIRIT. All trainers are nice, helpful, & super supportive. As someone with no experience working out this place has made it so comfortable to adapt learn & grow! I just joined Blush a couple weeks ago and it's been amazing. The trainers are friendly, knowledgable and so helpful. It's been a long time since I've worked out and they've been wonderful. The facility is clean and has tons of equipment. Other members have been welcoming and very motivating. Can't say enough good things about this place!!!
This is by far the best gym experience I have ever had!!!!! I have never gotten up in the morning to workout but now I don't wanna miss a morning class!!! Liz has 100% changed my workout lifestyle and has made me a morning gym person. She is so motivating and supportive and you won't find that anywhere else while also being around the most amazing women to work out with!!!!!! Thank you for coming to Waukee and having the best trainer/coach around!!!!
Hands down my favorite gym I have ever belonged to. I joined for my health journey but gained so much more meeting so many amazing women who build each other up. Liz is the best!!
