BLUSH® Boot Camp opened in October of 2018. Founded with a goal of empowering women through fitness, our gym offers women from all walks of life, results-driven workouts, free nutritional support, free babysitting, free mindset coaching and a sense of sisterhood. Y’all. I cannot say enough positive things about BBC in Warrensburg! I finally started making time for myself after having 5 kids and not working out for almost 15yrs. This community of women as well as the coaches made me feel welcome immediately. I was reluctant to come in the beginning. The thought of working out with a bunch of women was not my cup of tea. I’m SO GLAD I was wrong!! This gym has been the absolute best thing for me! I cannot say enough good things about the trainers, and the ladies I sweat with. I usually go at 6am, but if I have to go to a different class the energy and positive environment is always there! Love love love.
What a fantastic facility and environment! I'm only 4 sessions in and I'm in LOVE WITH BLUSH BOOTCAMP! I'm especially inspired by the owners', instructors' and gym members' support and encouragement to attain my personal goals. Ladies, if you are looking for a path to better health and fitness surrounded by a powerhouse of cheerleaders, this is your HOME!!!
The coaches are awesome and they always show you the right way to do the exercises if you’re not doing it correctly! The workouts are challenging but you can do them at your own pace! I feel healthier and fitter than I’ve felt in a long time!
My daughter and I have been 3 times so far and really love it! Love the workouts, ability to go at our pace, friendly women of all ages and backgrounds. We look forward to many more classes!
