Founded with a goal of empowering women through fitness, our gym offers women from all walks of life, results-driven workouts, free nutritional support, free babysitting, free mindset coaching and a sense of sisterhood. I love Blush! I love the fact I can bring my kids and I get a good workout in! The coaches are great and the lobby and kid room is super kid friendly. I love the energy and the positive vibes! Strongly recommend!
Love Blush Bootcamp and the atmosphere the trainers and staff have created. It’s a safe place for women to come together and workout at all different ages and skill level. They are happy to answer any questions you have and encourage one on one meetings to discuss goals and assist how to get there. It has been a great community not only for my physical health but also mental health
This is the only gym that has ever got me excited to workout! It’s such a fun group of girls and the way the workouts are set-up the time really flies by when you’re in there! I would recommend Blush to anyone!
I love going to Blush Boot Camp! I am 68 years old and everybody is so supportive. I love the trainers are always encouraging me. Also if I’m doing something wrong to help me out and don’t make me feel intimidated everybody’s should go to blush Boot Camp. It has transformed my body and makes me mentally feel better.
This is the best community of women, filled with knowledgeable, helpful and encouraging trainers! The environment at LS Blush is unmatched- plus very aesthetically pleasing 🩷
