BLUSH® Boot Camp opened in October of 2018. Founded with a goal of empowering women through fitness, our gym offers women from all walks of life, results-driven workouts, free nutritional support, free babysitting, free mindset coaching and a sense of sisterhood. Ultimately, our goal is to make women stronger mentally and physically. By far one of the best decisions I’ve made since moving to Omaha in 2023. I was looking for a way to get a great workout and meet new people and I found it! The workouts are amazing, the trainers are so supportive and the women that attend are amazing!
The community that I’ve found at Blush is everything! I have had no other gym experience prior to Blush which also means I’m a such a beginner of any and all exercise 😆. Blush has a variety of clients that I have never once felt out of place, and have also found motivation from the women that are farther along in their fitness journeys. I love it. Happy to been invited to try it out.
I love Blush and their community of strong women! I never expected to make friends ❤️ I love going to class and love the support I get. 10000/10 would recommend.
I have never been able to stick with working out until I found Blush and now I’m approaching 18 months of consistent workouts! The trainers are amazing and encouraging and push me to be the best version of myself. The community is supportive and non judgmental. I’m so grateful I found Blush!
I have met such amazing women being at this gym! The instructors are by far the most wonderful and encouraging women!
