Very disappointed with the service I received. Buying a very expensive car there are things that you come to expect when it comes to customer service. I came in for an oil change and was surprised to see no drinks other than water and no snacks offered. Then I checked to see if my car was ready and it was on a customer service persons desk buried in paperwork that had gone to lunch. it was very nice to visit today to get my oil change. They made me feel so welcome even though there’s construction going I thought it was very easy to navigate. They still have the waiting room set up. I really like the fact that there is a charger for my phone and I only waited an hour and they did a nice car wash for my car, thank you BMW of Tulsa
Jack (service advisor) did an amazing job! He immediately greeted me when I walked in & took care of me from start to finish even though he wasn’t assigned as my service advisor. He got me in & out with ease. He answered any & all the questions I had. I will be requesting him as my service advisor for future appointments.
Great experience getting my suv serviced. Johnathan was very professional and even went the extra mile to give me tips on the best ways to maintain my vehicle. Doug was a great shuttle driver who got me back and forth to the service department. Appreciate you all, keep up the great work.
Bailee was a great advisor. Very communicative and easy to chat with. I brought my 1998 Z3 to them for a full look-over and oil change. My ending price ended up being much less than they quoted me at the beginning (which I loved). Their inspection was thorough and I even learned a few new things about my car from them!
