No one would need to ask how our experience was at BMW Fort Washington! Nothing short of magnificent. From walking in the showroom (1st time ever), meeting Phil Milewski and ordering a 2026 BMWi everything was PERFECT! Very friendly, very professional Nico helped us with everything we needed and was able to give us exactly what we wanted. He is bilingual speaking, Mandarin and an English so help my wife and me get the exact car. We need it very easily.
I am so thrilled! My X7 brakes have squealed since I got this car! They replaced my brakes and it’s like it is brand new. Their service is excellent. They send you a video explaining the service that needs to be done and recommend what they think should be done…when the car is returned to you, it’s clean and mine looks almost brand new! Ben Ammar went above and beyond my expectations and saw a mark on the side and took me over to their detail shop and they were able to buff it out! Amazing experience!
