As a prior Regional Manager for Motorola Customer Service, I understand how important accurate survey ratings are. Unfortunately, your rating system only goes as high as a 5! Dave Hackett is at least a 10 :) Dave truly embodies my idea of "customer service", the way it should be. Dave was very patient in listening to my "wish" list and when he realized that leasing or purchasing a 2013 BMW 1 Series was going to be over my budget, he came up with a creative solution for me (a 2012 Dealer car with only 5,000 miles on it). Dave realized that I really liked the car that I test drove, and worked out an offer which allowed me to purchase that car which, by the way, I love! I am very happy with all the extras I have in my "new" car, power everything and more widgets than I know what to do with.
Dave had the required knowledge and expertise (not to mention a sense of creativity) to work out a deal that gave me what I wanted and actually exceeded my original expectations. I cannot say enough about Dave's customer service skills. In a world where real customer service is almost nonexistent, Dave "gets it"! He is a VERY valuable asset for Daniels BMW. On top of all that, Dave is a sincerely friendly, courteous gentleman who actually listens to (and hears) what a customer is saying. Good listeners are rare.
Dave was kind enough to have the car delivered to our home during an extremely hectic week for me. During that visit, he took the time to demo the features for my husband and me, and answer any questions we had. Dave has also offered to be available, for any future questions we might have.
Just a side-note: I had visited two BMW dealers before I wandered into Daniels. I had walked away from both very disappointed, because they were not able to come up with something that I really liked, that would fall within my budget. To be honest, they didn't seem very interested. (I was driving my wonderful 17 year-old Jeep and they may have mis-judged me as someone who made a wrong turn into their lot :)
Dave, thank you once again for your personal attention. It is a pleasure doing business with you!
