As being a return BMW buyer.....I must say, I am not the easiest person to deal with when making a purchase on a new car, especially with the cliche's of car dealerships and car salesmen, however, the experience at BMW Tucson was priceless. Client Advisor/Salesman/ Bill Metcalf, is the person you want to guide you in your purchase of a vehicle. He is professional, very educated on all BMW models and has a down to earth personality(which is very refreshing). He is very thorough in explaining all aspects of the vehicle. At no time did I feel pressured into purchasing anything. He will not push you into something you don't want,or can't afford, just to make a sale. (But you need to know what vehicle you want, don't waste anyone's time).
John Bondi is the Finance & Insurance Manager, who also was wonderful in the closing documents and explaining everything in detail. It is very hard to impress me, but I must give kudos to these two gentlemen, they definitely made our experience a worth while deal breaker. When you go to BMW Tucson to purchase a vehicle, rest assured, this dealership will assist you with the best knowledge and give you confidence of your choice of vehicle.
Also,a pleasant mention of Ted Lawton, General Sales Manager, who introduced himself, even when he wasn't in the full lime light of the purchase of the vehicle, he had alot of influence on our purchase experience. Typically, he isn't the guy you usually see, but he purposely introduced himself to make sure all was satisfactory with our decision. In every step from walking the lot, to driving off the lot, these three people made our vehicle purchase outstanding. With all this being said, my next purchase will be at BMW Tucson.
