After reading the reviews, I setup an appointment since they are located the closest to my house and expected a bad experience. I was wrong and these negative comments are wrong and outdated. The adviser I worked named Jose Jimenez was awesome and very helpful asking me to tell him anything and everything I want them to look into. I didn't catch the names of the receptionists at the service area, if that's what they are referred to as; they were very nice and and pretty hot ;D...hollaaa. I sensed no attitude problems like others may have commented on. The whole experience was hassle free and getting a in and out the door with a loaner was very fast and easy. I went in even though there were a few small issues with my Bmw 328xi coupe and Jose understood me perfectly on what I tried to describe about the issues.
Oh and also the valets were very helpful as well and extremely nice! I didn't catch one of the guys name but he pretty much helped me the whole day from showing me where to go, bring my car to me when I left something in there, and finally bringing me my car at the end.
Within a few hours everything was done and all I had to do was sign some papers and I was out the door with my car that they even washed!! For such a small fix this experience was awesome and will recommend anyone in the area or far to come to this location and see for yourself! I haven't worked with any other advisers and this is my first time, I'd recommend you ask for Jose since I do not know how the others are :]
I hope this review helps you take a second look at this dealerships service area If you believed them to be horrible.
Hope I have to go back soon for minor issues so I can see the receptionists again :D!
Although I have previously rated this dealership bad, it was based on the SALES manager and agents only. The service department is in a whole different league and they are great.
