I bought a new BMW motorcycle on 6/1/21 after talking with Zach Welch at BMW MC of Richfield, by phone. My wife and I drove 1800 miles round trip from SE Ohio to pickup the bike. Zach went out of his way to ensure the bike was ready to go upon our arrival and was responsive to texts and emails on his days off and a holiday! The service department went above and beyond by having a minor recall campaign completed before we got there, on short notice. All in all — a very nice experience. We’d do it again.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I get the answering machine a lot even though I call during business hours. I also made a reservation online and was then told you can’t do that after no one responded for a few days. That’s odd since the website clearly makes it look like you can request a service appointment and you even select the exact dealership to do the work. That was frustrating. Not sure who helped me at pick up but she was very nice and the only female in your list below.
Stored my motorcycle there and asked them to do oil change, new tires, and look at another possible issue in early spring. They called me at the beginning of March and told me they were going to start the maintenance. It's now the middle of MAY (yes, May, almost two and a half months later), and I had to call THEM (over 6 times) to get a status, since they were unwilling to give me a call with any kind of update. And now THEY DON'T KNOW WHERE MY MOTORCYCLE IS!!!! What a bunch of ass-clowns. Lawsuit coming. Regret this d... read more

Seems I get to write the first disappointed review. I own a Honda Valkyrie that needed fork seals. On June 17 2020 the repair was done by Richfield BMW. This spring I discovered the seal on the left fork was leaking... I inquired about their service policies over the phone. The gent I spoke with didn't know what their policy was, and said the service department would call me back. No call. Repeated the next day, speaking to someone new. Same story, same result. If I could give this zero stars I would. John and Zak are nice people, but not very helpful. I have been waiting since the end of June 2020 to get the license plate tabs and title card for the motorcycle I purchased from them. The sales paperwork was filled out incorrectly two times (so far), and the DMV registration information was also not filled out correctly. They kept giving me bogus excuses such as "covid" etc. without actually doing anything about the errors and getting me the title and up to date tabs. They only... read more
