Pricing was decisive up front with no games. Delivery went smoothy where the finance office did its job without pressure for add ons and long term warranty sales. The 2 hour explanation on car buttons, apps and other features was thorough so overall, it was as pleasant of a vehicle purchase that I have experienced.
I keep going back to this Lincoln, Neb dealership, they are very easy to deal with. Jeff Martz was very easy to deal with, and picked me up at the airport. All good.

We originally were going in to look at a vehicle I saw online. It turned out I didn't like the car. John was so patient and trying to help me. He found another car similar to what I was looking for. We ended up buying the 2nd car he showed. I don't remember Johns last name so hopefully he will get some recognition and also, we worked with Chad Erwin who was very kind and patient with us and treated us like he had known us for a long time.
