We custom ordered a 2022 X5 and paid a deposit on it, but when we went to make the purchase the dealership low-balled us on our trade to the tune of over $6k. We sold our trade to CarMax the next business day and then they refused to honor our deal while still holding our deposit. I wouldn’t recommend anyone even consider this dealership, avoid if at all possible. We are still waiting to see if they are going to refund us our deposit or not. Trash didn’t do a single thing they asked
Their BMW service check in guy is a jerk. He has insulted me on more than one service visit. I’ve bought 4 vehicles from this dealership in the past few years. I’ll never buy from them again because of this guy.
