I just wanted to say I have never experienced a dentist office like this before. This was my first visit here and it was a very satisfying experience. The staff was very cordial and the dentist technician was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She explained every step of the process and told me what to expect. She was also very personable. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Carlene did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr Lorenz has a calm bedside manner, took his time examining my teeth, explaining findings and options. No pressure. It was a very nice experience start to finish, from scheduling to checkout.
I went for the first time today for a cleaning and they really went above and beyond to care for my teeth. I love everyone in this office and will recommend to anyone who needs a dentist. 😁
