Great rates, clean and well kept facility. Manager is welcoming and knowledgeable. Renting a unit was quick easy and seamless. There are so many size options to choose from. Great place for storing
I don’t usually do reviews but as someone who has lived in Toney over 30 years and has used self storage many times over the years I have done business with several different companies in the area. One thing that stands out about Boardwalk Storage in Toney Alabama is not only the well kept facility but the outstanding customer service. Boardwalk Storage is great. The staff ( Trisha) helped to get us the best possible prices. I would definitely recommend
Me and my fiancé got 2 units on the weekend and then Sunday got a text saying we was trespassed when we have done nothing and told are stuff would be sold and when I reached out to her boss I have got nothing but the run around I also have screen shots over everything I would definitely not do business here all we asked for was are stuff back now Im having to go to lawyers to do so

To be clear I am not reviewing the company this review is for Miss Kay the manager at the Shady Grove location where I rented a storage unit. I would give her a 10 ⭐ rating if there was an option to do so, she was very professional and such a delight from the moment I walked in the door and she stood up from her desk to greet me until we finished our business and I left from there.
