If there was a way to give no stars I would. First, they took over a storage facility and whether it was their responsibility or the old owner's, im not sure, but i was never informed of the take over until after the fact. They went up on the fees with no warning, then sold my unit with no warning. I called and called and they never got back with me and when confronted they said that the employee was no longer there. So far so good! Unit was Clean when I moved in and prices for the units are good I’m paying less for a 10x20 then I was paying for a 10x10 else where which is why I moved! Old place was about to bump up the rent again so I decided to move!!
I very seldom do reviews but I feel like this one deserves it. To be clear I am not reviewing the company this review is for Miss Kay the manager at the Shady Grove location where I rented a storage unit. I would give her a 10 ⭐ rating if there was an option to do so, she was very professional and such a delight from the moment I walked in the door and she stood up from her desk to greet me until we finished our business and I left from there. Haven't used the storage unit yet. But getting it was easy. The manager was very knowledgeable
