Terrible customer service…dealt with a guy named Damon, and just acted like he didn’t care to sell a boat. I sent an email inquiring about boats in my price range and never heard back from them…even though the same sales guy brought up to me that he saw that email from weeks ago. Great people. From ownership to sales and into service. Everyone has a customer first mentality. I wouldn’t do business anywhere else. When shopping for a Boat Eli our salesman was the 1st one to follow up. He was professional and persistent but now annoying. When working the deal owner Damien got invaluable and he was very concerned with mine and my wife’s concerns. Coming form the automotive business this is how any company would want there business run. Great Job Boater’s Choise!
I was getting ready to spend about $70,000 until I seen a political sign in the front of their establishment so I will be going to Lansing should never mix politics with business to the public
