Great people. From ownership to sales and into service. Everyone has a customer first mentality. I wouldn’t do business anywhere else. When shopping for a Boat Eli our salesman was the 1st one to follow up. He was professional and persistent but now annoying. When working the deal owner Damien got invaluable and he was very concerned with mine and my wife’s concerns. Coming form the automotive business this is how any company would want there business run. Great Job Boater’s Choise!
Terrible customer service…dealt with a guy named Damon, and just acted like he didn’t care to sell a boat. I sent an email inquiring about boats in my price range and never heard back from them…even though the same sales guy brought up to me that he saw that email from weeks ago. Started off by non stop eating in front of us, really wouldn’t work numbers with us, and nothing was explained well either. He showed us one boat they had in stock and barely knew anything about it. Great experience with my boat and dock purchase! Great products and excellent customer service that continues well beyond the sale. I recently had a warranty claim on my 1 year old boat; these guys quickly responded to the issue and had me back on the water in 2 business days! The staff are truly water sports enthusiasts that can answer any of your surfing, wake-boarding, or slalom questions. Thanks Damon, Andrew, and the rest of the team.
