I experienced a very unusual issue with the main wiring harness on our 2018 Barletta boat. The team at Boaters Choice took it upon themselves to work with Barletta on our behalf. Due to their efforts and reputation, Barletta handled this issue under warranty. This was above and beyond my expectations.
Boaters Choice and their entire team are absolutely top-notch! These guys are always on top of their game—knowledgeable, friendly, and consistently going above and beyond for their customers. This past year my boat died in the middle of the lake, and Damon, the owner, personally came out to deliver me a new battery. That level of service is rare these days and truly says a lot about the kind of business they run. I can’t recommend Boaters Choice highly enough—they’ve earned my trust and my business for life!
Damon and Andrew are the best and we wouldn’t take our business anywhere else ! Thanks for the great experience purchasing our new boat !
Nice and clean business,Tyler was helpful with my boats warranty needs I just hope I get my boat back before Spring..Stay tuned for my overall score. Its a 5 star as of right now
Great experience with my boat and dock purchase! Great products and excellent customer service that continues well beyond the sale. I recently had a warranty claim on my 1 year old boat; these guys quickly responded to the issue and had me back on the water in 2 business days! The staff are truly water sports enthusiasts that can answer any of your surfing, wake-boarding, or slalom questions. Thanks Damon, Andrew, and the rest of the team.
