I recently purchased a Stingray Deck Boat from boaters world. I took possession only a few days ago. The experience could not have been better. Purchased used Carolina Skiff 178 DLV from Cliff Yeazel over at Boater’s World Lake Placid in Spring 2024. I was a bit apprehensive at first to travel and purchase the boat in fear of things aren’t always as they appeared in photos online, but Cliff was very responsive and transparent from the beginning. Zero stars! They are super nice to get you to consign and then when they damage your boat the "manager" who hides behind the "nice" employees, takes no responsibility or accountability and wants to tell the employees to tell you "you signed the agreement that we are not responsible for damages". Yes, we signed an agreement but not for you to destroy our boat to where it is not even operable and it was in pristine condition with only 7.9 hours on it when you took possession.
