My experience with Dr.Ly is always good. Very patient and informative and always answers messages on patient portal in the same day written. Knowledgeable and able to inform so understand things about my condition. Love his diabetes team as well. He is definitely a keeper.
First time I've seen Dr. Ly. He is very patient, presentable, was not rushing like some doctors, explained in details (in layman's terms, thank you!) so I could understand it, which I appreciated. Still ways to go in correcting my low calcium blood levels but I'm confident Dr. Ly will correct this problem.
Dr. Ly is the best! From my first visit with him my thyroid condition was almost corrected, as thyroid issues go it is touch and go finding the right dosage but I feel my condition is in very capable hands with Dr. Ly. Personable, friendly and knows what he is doing.
Visit resulted in Dr. Ly sending in labs for checking testosterone, sex hormone, PSA and CBC. Drove hour and a half into Henderson NV (live in Laughlin NV) test for PSA was coded wrong and no testosterone or sex binding hormone. Called office was told someone would call me back three days later no call back. Drove 2 hours into Las Vegas (Southern Hills Hospital) spoke with Office mgr. told her the problem.
