I cannot say enough nice things about Bob Mims from top to bottom. The receptionist who took my call was very pleasant to speak with. George, who came to my house to see what AC unit was the best fit was very knowledgeable. He gave me a fair quote to have new unit installed. Richard and Matthew were the technicians that did the installation and they were on time and did an excellent job. They answered all our questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend Bob Mims to family and friends

Excellent work performed in a respectful, manner. Professionalism at its best. I would highly recommend this company. This work included the installation of a heavy unit under the eaves of an old house attic. They had to negotiate tiny steps up towards my attic. The outside units were placed over concrete platforms. No clean up--every thing was left in perfect condition.
George M. was great. He told me the filters I was using were not great and what to look for in buying them. Also, was came earlier than the appointment which was nice
