Mike G was great. In time, fast and efficient. The internal filter was a surprise but obviously needed replacing. The charge of $53 was more of a surprise. I have contract with you. I can understand the external filter being my responsibility but the internal should be included in my contract. Beyond that, you just indicated a 20% discount which I did not see on the purchase. I would appreciate an explanation. Thank you!
My heating unit went out early this morning, and I called Bob Mims at 7am. Their technician George showed up at noon as promised, diagnosed the issue and had the unit fully repaired by 1 PM. The responsiveness and professionalism were outstanding. George is knowledgeable, courteous, and both he and Bob Mims made the whole process stress-free. I highly recommend them for fast and reliable service, especially if you need help in a pinch!
