I stopped by the Temple location today and for the 2nd time, I was not helped. There was 1 customer in the store n 4 employees up front to include the branch manager. This is the 2nd time I have had this experience and it will be the last. I was not greeted or acknowledged in any way. I needed to purchase equipment and had plenty of questions.
