Very friendly and helpful staff. Rental experience was fast and easy. Equipment is well maintained and ready to work. Will be using again if ever needed and will recommend to those looking for rental equipment.
Went to pick up some parts for my uncle earlier this week and was probably the least friendly atmosphere I had ever felt. As soon as I walked in I got glared at as if I was intruding. Guy behind the counter was very rude and him and the big guy in the office were yelling back and forth as if I was not there. And to top it all off they only had some of the filters I needed after they told me over the phone they had them all. Wish there was a closer bobcat store than this one.
It's beyond me how anyone can have anything negative to say about Bobcat of Victoria. I've had nothing but excellent customer service from every single person who works there. AND this is months after purchasing a T66 from them. The only two guys names I know there are Will and Lee and Both have been great. When it's time to get a new skid steer we'll definitely be dealing with Bobcat of Victoria!
