Couldn’t have asked for more from a service company. The technicians Elias and Eduardo showed up in the first 15 min of the window I was given. They were very courteous and explained everything to me. They made sure to keep things clean and wore shoe covering when entering the home as it was damp outside. They were very thorough and showed me before and after they were done so I could see the difference. I will definitely be using them moving forward.
Bob's heating did an excellent job on my furnace. They diagnosed the problem in just a minute, the induction motor. They had the parts on-site and it was replaced and tested very quickly. I highly recommend Bob's heating for all your HVAC needs. Thanks for the outstanding effort.

Called Bob's and paid $400 for an emergency call out for a suspected gas leak from inside the furnace that was allowing gas to fill our home through the vents. Nice guy came out, checked it for gas leaks, and gave it a clean bill of health. This then caused our plumber the next day to have to re-plumb a gas line he just put in near the furnace even though he could not understand how the pipe he just put in could be leaking up into the house above it. We moved to our current house 15 months ago. Our builder used Bob heating and air conditioning company to install our furnace, heat pump and Mini split units. It's always been a Wonderful experience to work with their technicians when they were here to fix issues.
