I had great experience with Bob heating. The people are knowledgeable and professional. I had Kyle come over to fix AC problem. It was drizzling and cold. He took a proper care of covering AC and testing it correctly. He explained the steps well. Kudos to him. In the past, I had good experience with Bob's crew.
Homeowners, builders, and commercial clients: DO NOT HIRE – BOB’S CAUSED DAMAGE, DENIED IT, REFUSED WARRANTY COVERAGE, AND TRIED TO HIDE THE ISSUE Bobs modified our exhaust system, caused damage, then denied it, refused to investigate the problem area, and even tried to reroute around it instead of making repairs. We have had a very positive experience with Bob’s across two different homes. Their maintenance plan has been a good value for us. The technicians who service our equipment are all top-notch, including Kramer K. who was out most recently. . They’re very knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to explain how the equipment works.
I can’t say enough great things about Bob’s Heating and Air Conditioning. We’ve been customers for almost a decade now, and they’ve always been there for us when we needed them. They’ve installed a new AC System and new hot water heater efficiency and meticulously cleaned up both times afterwards. The service received from Bob's heating was great from the initial contact to the actual actual service call... The technician was professional and a pleasure to work with in our home. Had the furnace, AC, and tankless water heater all services at the same time.. He did not rush and was very detailed.
