We have had a very positive experience with Bob’s across two different homes. Their maintenance plan has been a good value for us. The technicians who service our equipment are all top-notch, including Kramer K. who was out most recently. . They’re very knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to explain how the equipment works.
I want to express my gratitude to Bob's Heating and Air Conditioning for their excellent service on 05/07/25. Bob's crew arrived in the correct AM time frame and thanked me for choosing Bob's. They explained to a tee what they were going to do and a estimate of how long it would take. I can’t say enough great things about Bob’s Heating and Air Conditioning. We’ve been customers for almost a decade now, and they’ve always been there for us when we needed them. They’ve installed a new AC System and new hot water heater efficiency and meticulously cleaned up both times afterwards. We had Sam come out yesterday to look at our AC. He was knowledgeable, educational, and professional. Thank goodness he was able to fix the issue in minutes. We’re very happy and grateful for his service.
The technicians showed up promptly, they were courteous and finished quickly. I was just charged a service charge which was better than I expected and welcome. The repair was for the condensation drain that was apparently clogged. Won’t know until warm weather if the repair works but, I feel confident it will? After this experience, I highly recommend Bob’s for your heating and cooling needs.
