I have used Bob's Heating and Air conditioning twice now and both times they have been very accommodating to my needs and were able to come the same day. The technicians were respectful, kind and explained what they did. I felt that I received good service for the price paid. I have recommended their service to my whole family.
I have nothing but praise for the great folks at Bob's. Our 16-year old furnace failed on Monday, I called Tuesday morning and John H. arrived on Wednesday just as promised. He diagnosed the problem in about a minute and had the replacement part on his truck. Competent, clean, courteous, kindly, and quick—service with a smile!
The technicians showed up promptly, they were courteous and finished quickly. I was just charged a service charge which was better than I expected and welcome. The repair was for the condensation drain that was apparently clogged. Won’t know until warm weather if the repair works but, I feel confident it will? After this experience, I highly recommend Bob’s for your heating and cooling needs.
Bob's came with a 30 year experienced technician, Chuck, and an apprentice. Chuck was highly pleasant and explained everything carefully. He was able to correct our thermostat problem without replacing it. And while we had to pay extra for an emergency same day visit, Chuck came at the end of their long day. Excellent courtesy and service. This is why I have had Bob's for years. They installed and service our furnace, A/C, generator, and hot water heater. We moved to our current house 15 months ago. Our builder used Bob heating and air conditioning company to install our furnace, heat pump and Mini split units. It's always been a Wonderful experience to work with their technicians when they were here to fix issues. Unfortunately, I have been getting some very unpleasant and uncomfortable experiences when every time I needed to talk to their customer service Kayla.
