It's only been a little over a month since Bob's Heating and Air installed my new heating and air system but so far so good. It's incredibly quiet and efficient. I've had to use both the cooling and heating system and it's almost an immediate change of temperature in my home. From beginning to end the experience with Bobs was excellent. Thanks to Tom, the estimator, Roman, lead HVAC installer and his crew. Trevor electrician and his crew. They were thorough, and clean. Completed the job as stated. New heat pump and furnace are great. Should have pulled the trigger on the heat pump years ago. Best decision, and price was better than the 3 other estimates I received. Would use and recommend Bobs again.
Be cautious of this company's business practices and after-sales support. My thermostat stopped connecting to WiFi after just a year of use. Bob’s labor warranty expired but thermostat was still under warranty. After conducting a thorough remote diagnostic process on the phone, the thermostat manufacturer determined that a replacement under warranty was necessary. I bought a new Bryant Variable-Speed Modulating Gas Furnace and they did a great job installing my furnace. When I bought my house 18 years ago, Bob's Heating installed the original Bryant furnace. I read online that a furnace is supposed to last 15-20 years. Mine was still working after 18 and a half years. However, I decided that it was better to replace it with a new one just in case it breaks down one day unexpectedly. The installer was very professional and he did a very good job.
