Purchased a pool with them thru the home builder. After many times my pool turns green and salt cell shuts off by itself . My pool maintence guy points out that the pool is green and all levels are off . They said would be out Friday to look at the issue . This has been going on ever since bought the home not even year ago . They never showed up Friday and then said they will let me know when they will be out . Worst experience ever! Stay as far away from this company as you possibly can…will take your money, promise you the world and never deliver!! Almost 6 years later and I still regret building a pool with these folks - punch list was never complete, pool was engineered and built incorrectly without ownership ever taken from the owner himself! I could go on and on and on - not to mention we have spent so much money fixing stuff that has went wrong over the years.
