When I came to the clinic I was sad because I thought my only option for my cat was to put her down because of her health issues. After talking to the vet (Dr. Gully-sp?) and discussing what I wanted she gave me her best answer of the situation and my options. She prescribed medications and the cat is doing better. I know it is a terminal illness, but feel she gave me more time with our cat while still having a good quality of life. I felt better by the time I left the clinic. BCAA is an excellent animal hospital. The facility is spotlessly clean. The Staff are helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Doctor Dominguez is a skilled physician who possesses a giant heart. I couldn't be happier with BCAA because I know that "Fred" is receiving the best possible care. Thank You.

Staff and Dr are so amazing and kind and helpful. I went on a very busy day for them and not once did I feel as if they were annoyed I didn't have an appointment set up. I discovered the hospital because our regular vet couldn't fit our pup. I 100 recommend BocaChica

They try to charge you for meds they never intend to provide and give away your prescriptions when you call them in. wORST CuStomef service! It’s a shame because the vets are qualified but bad staff will tank your business every time.

I had a pretty good relationship with this practice for a few years but I cannot go here anymore. I called in my dog’s heart meds yesterday and was told they would be on hold until tomorrow. I drove 30 minutes from Los Fresnos after work today to pick them up not to be told they were not there but they could CHARGE me for them anyway for me to pick up at some other time. I became clear to me that they had sold my meds to someone else and they were so casual and unprofessional about denying my dog her needed meds. NO MORE.

After witnessing multiple unprofessional, disrespectful and aggressive comments that were made from a manager at (BCVH) towards an elderly lady, I most certainly do not recommend this veterinarian Hospital. My goal was to approach that sickly lady and ask her why she was been treated so rudely, she stated that she was always treated unjustly but that her dog liked his vet. i ask her if I could come with her and the dog to her next appointment and she agree as long as i didn't sit with her. Caring and compassionate are the 2 best words to describe this vet clinic. They did everything possible to help save our little dog Gem, but unfortunately we lost her. She was 16 and had a great life. These compassionate individuals took excellent care of her the last 4 days of her life. I am forever grateful to the staff especially Dr. Gulley!
