For the second year in a row, I have to deal with this scam outfit. In 2024 they tried to balance bill me. Now in 2025, they billed me for the wrong procedure. After repeated iterations of 45 days in review, they finally denied my appeal. I sent them copies of the report with the correct procedure, and again, repeated iterations of under review. My mom had to have emergency surgery recently and as you can imagine the bills were insurmountable. With one phone call, they worked with us and we were able to come to amenable terms. I would recommend being honest & polite, do not ignore the bill, and a little prayer goes a long way. Thank you team for working with my mom.
There’re reasons they have so many bad reviews. The entire hospital is more worried to hide their mistakes than to actually take care of the patients. Edit: We were discharged two days earlier than what is considered safely acceptable, right after I demanded a copy of a paper we signed. They put our lives at risk over a simple copy of a document. Our lives over a paper. That must be a crime.
It was very frustrating! I only got the invoice via text. I was not able to sign in and see a statement. I left multiple messages on a phone number listed in my area. I paid and I still don’t have a statement. Very frustrating
I'm glad I have this opportunity to thank Dr. Khoriaty for saving my transplanted kidney. There was a blockage that was putting pressure on it which was destroying it. Dr. Khoriaty performed a highly skilled interventional radiology procedure that relieved that presssure and saved the kidney.
