Boca regional was a great experience. The staff is polite, kind and professional. The PA I saw was awesome. PA Jackie Green, made sure all of my issues were resolved. I made my payment online prior to my appointment which made it easier once I got to the clinic. Overall this hospital is great!
As always I had a great experience at Sandler Pavillion Imaging. Michelle Vidi and Brianna Kingman were great, kind, friendly, very knowledgeable and efficient. I will always use this place for all my imaging exams.
It was very frustrating! I only got the invoice via text. I was not able to sign in and see a statement. I left multiple messages on a phone number listed in my area. I paid and I still don’t have a statement. Very frustrating
Very easy to pay online but I didn’t trust it until I received the paper bill. An Ebill first would have been ok too.
Very easy way to pay !! Took minutes and received a receipt right away ! Love the convience!
