If I could just give Paola & Demaris 5 starts I would because they deserve it! They made my experience really good & comfortable. As far as Bibi the owner & her trainees, she was okay as far as customer service. The first day she put me with someone who had no knowledge on what to do for a patient that has gotten a tummy tuck. DO NOT PATRONIZE HERE! “Nurse Bebe” The owner is incredibly dismissive, insensitive & unprofessional! She scheduled an appointment for me. I paid for 12 massages. When I showed up for my appointment, she called me and told me the massage therapist had left. I notice she hadn’t so, I knocked and asked her to take me. She agreed. The next thing I know, I’m NAKED on the table trying to get drained post op and the manager is YELLING at me telling me I’m bullying my way into my own appointment!!! Diamaris is an amazing massage therapist! Very knowledgeable about post op recovery, an expert! She provides so much valuable advice to assist in your recovery! She drained my seroma after my physician tried 3 times and failed. I highly recommend her!
