Elaine Boggs worked with me for months trying to get my house sold. Elaine was on top of the game getting everything ready by contacting contractors for work needed to be completed, scheduling everything where I did not need to do much but approve it. My property was under contract 3 times, the 3rd being the chard. The first two times the buys could not obtain the final financing.
