We recently relocated to another state and Elaine managed to sell our house within a day of the pictures posted online. Once I met with Ms. Boggs, I was comfortable with her handling the sale of my house. She was very interested in listening to what I wanted to gain from the sale of my house. I lived in a rental home that was managed by Elaine Boggs Realty Group, LLC for 2 years. I never had any issues with the home or Mrs. Boggs or her staff. Did everything we could ask of her and she new the process very well as well as the area. Had entry to all properties we wanted to see and was not pushy on properties. She knew what we were looking for and helped us find just that. She helped us make a contract and gave us useful information to apply in contract. Also has very good contacts for any thing you might need and works well with military families.
