I appreciated the efficiency and courtesy of the staff in arranging my appointment promptly and felt confident about the skill and thoroughness of the hygienist, assistant and Dr. Mitchler when I had my exam . This was my first experience with Dr. Mitchler and his staff. I feel completely confident about proceeding with the recommended prophylactic dental work.

I had a very pleasant experience. My teeth were cleaned, no pain, friendly service, very clean environment. We just moved from Santa Rosa to Windsor, this was my second visit to Dr Mitchler's office. I've scheduled my 2 daughters to come to Dr. Mitchler's office starting at the beginning of next year, they are 8 and 10, so I have full confidence that they will be cared for.

Excellent, Dr. Mitchler is very detailed oriented and kind. He explains things well and uses state of the art technology to support his findings with digital x-rays and photos that help to see what he sees. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The office is beautiful, organized with text/e-mail appointment reminders, and has the nice small town community feeling. Dr. Mitchler is an advocate to support his community and charities. I had an emergency situation and the office took me right away and fit me into the schedule when I needed them. The entire staff was very empathetic to my situation and was patient with my level of anxiety and fear. Dr. Mitchler was concerned about my comfort and made sure I had enough anesthetic to make me as comfortable as possible. I never felt like I was putting them out in any way. Although the procedure was very expensive, I was very grateful for the efficient, expedient, professional service.
