Ms. Loesch was fine. Setting up the telehealth appointment was not good. I believe I did all the pre-registration survey etc that was required but the person I initially spoke with started asking me the same questions. It seemed disorganized. I also didn't realize the appointment was going to be to start 5 minutes before the scheduled time and I was not quite ready. A gentleman I spoke with before the appointment came off as less than professional in his speech and control of his situation.
Bonnie Loesch is very professional and courteous. We've set up a plan to alleviate concerns a man my age can have, and I’m looking forwards to getting started with it.
This was a good visit. Bonnie covered all areas of importance. She was courteous and professional, and she responded positively and quickly to my personal situation, quickly taking appropriate action. Excellent job as usual!
Why does a male have to explain wanting same sex providers? Would a woman have to explain that request? Urology has an estimated male client population of well over 70% but you have NO male support staff. Only one male NP/PA. In fairness this seems to be the business model throughput this entire area. Great practice! Bonnie is very knowledgeable and friendly! Always answers questions on MyChart so fast not even expecting it! She was vital in helping me out in a couple of areas! Dr. Hill is also a great doctor one of the best I have ever had!!!
