Charlie was very helpful when I talked too him on the phone and when I came in about my LG6 sim card update. He was not only very pleasant and professional he looked up my account and found out I was eligible for a free phone. This made me very happy since LG went out of business and the phones were still having compatibility issues with the Sim card upgrade. I just wanted to say that I had to get a new phone because of the upgrade with Boost. I went to the kiosk at the Valley Mall and had Excellent service from an employee named Charlie. I got a new phone and charger. My auto pay was taken care of so I wasn't double charged also. A very good experience. 👍

Return customer here! Lincoln is the man! Had an issue with getting my son a phone for his birthday. Lincoln was very knowledgeable and gave us several options. We made a decision and he set everything up for us in record time! And, he showed us that he was HAPPY to do it!
