De. Vatel is my doctor and Kelsey G. Is my therapist. They are both wonderful and I feel that I am actually getting the help I much needed. Their facility is nice and easy to find. Dr.Vatel is extremely compassionate and truly cares about the overall well being of his patients. He only wants what’s best for his patients and takes the time to listen to them and works diligently to make sure his patients are provided with the best resources and treatment he can offer.
My provider was absent from LIfestance, and I was told that Dr. Vatel would prescribe my medications in her absence. I asked for him to also complete documentation for an important upcoming grad school entrance exam, documentation I had been working on with my original provider for over a month. His response was cold, calloused and lacked empathy. Not to mention, his message was relayed by office staff as he was busy. It was my first time meeting Dr. Vatel. He made me feel comfortable. The staff is friendly. The waiting area is nice and clean.
