By email I received a request to respond to survey from Bo’s as well as submit Google review. Surprising since the job is not completed. Communication was o.k. until I signed and submitted deposit in early March. Initially I was told entire process to be approx 2 months dependent on Manatee County permit process. Had Bo’s install a generator for my home, excellent work, showed up when they were supposed to, clean, friendly, professional. Roger and Coco were fantastic, highly recommend Bo’s I have gotten 3 other people in my community to use them also. They are thrilled also!!
As veterans, we intentionally sought out a veteran-owned business to install a home generator, hoping to support fellow service members and receive quality service in return. Unfortunately, our experience with Bo’s Electric has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. From the initial installation, we’ve encountered issue after issue. I recently had a generator installed. The crew that installed it were Sean, Arturo,Tyler and Phil. They were TOP NOTCH all the way. They arrived on time, installed the generator, moved a shrub and cleaned up. They worked diligently to resolve a situation that they thought was a problem but actually turned out to be water recycling from my water filtration system. These people are horrible and will take your money. They have deceptive business practices and no customer service whatsoever. All they seem to want is your deposit and then they forget about you. The FL law changed recently allowing contractors to force homeowners to submit to 3rd party contractors for permitted county inspections. It was previously an option for the homeowner.
