By email I received a request to respond to survey from Bo’s as well as submit Google review. Surprising since the job is not completed. Communication was o.k. until I signed and submitted deposit in early March. Initially I was told entire process to be approx 2 months dependent on Manatee County permit process. I recently had a generator installed. The crew that installed it were Sean, Arturo,Tyler and Phil. They were TOP NOTCH all the way. They arrived on time, installed the generator, moved a shrub and cleaned up. They worked diligently to resolve a situation that they thought was a problem but actually turned out to be water recycling from my water filtration system. We had Bose electric and generators come out and install a whole home generator the electricians Roger Coco did an outstanding job cleaned up their mess went over everything called me the night before to go over things. If I could give zero stars I would. Worst customer service ever. My parents ordered a generator in May, supposed to be installed in August! Do we have it... No! Will anyone at the company answer the phone or respond to a phone call or email over the past 2 months... No! Have we spent thousands on hotels because we had no power after 2 hurricanes... We had Bo's Electric and Gas come out to give an estimate May 2024. We chose to go with this company because their sales person seemed genuine, trustworthy, and we believed we would have a whole house generator installed prior to this hurricane season. We gave the sales person a deposit of about $1500 and expected everything to begin within a week or two at most . Now it is October 2024 and we are still without a generator.
