I found Denee to be great to work with and would highly recommend her! I inherited a house that I needed an appraisal done on which she went the next day and had the written appraisal to me in 2 days! I then decided to list the house with her and had an offer the next day & closed 2 weeks later! It was the smoothest process I have ever experienced with a realtor!
Terrible people work at this location. Liars and rip offs. I would never recommend this company specifically this location to anyone. Renters beware, they will create problems and blame you just so they can steal your deposit money. Karma will catch up to these awful human beings
They take care of our condo woodhaven in ocala. They do a horrible job. The place is a mess and a accident waiting to happen. Broken boards. Dry rot on railings ready to fall very unsafe. Pool area needs alot of work. Bathrooms are unsanitary. The Dumpster has a large hole and garbage all hangs out. The light fixtures are loaded with debris so a fire hassard. My experience with Bosshardt Realty Service has been very good. The only reason I am no longer leasing through them is I was blessed and able to purchase a home of my own. Trish and Earl have always been very professional, very courteous, very helpful, and very straightforward. If something came up at the home that needed to be fixed, they saw to it that it was done most often within 24 hours, if not sooner. Used their services for 3 yrs. Gave over $4k to them to do what I could have in my own. Company had internal issues and changed my property manager but I only found out because I called them. If you're considering then, you'd be better off listing your property on Zillow and managing it yourself. Had to escalate a situation to their regional manager. Never returned phone calls. When I made it to their office she stood in a room with me, never even made eye contact or bothered to introduce herself. Very unprofessional company
