Boston Ductless Systems did a stellar job installing a 3 zone mini-split in my condo. Cre’s crew showed up on time every day, cleaned up their work, and were extremely respectful while I was working from home. Cre was fast to respond to my initial inquiry and didn’t shy away from the countless questions k had. I will be hiring Boston Ductless Systems again when my other, ancient, mini-split on the other side of the apartment kicks the bucket.
As we head into another sub zero winter weekend here in Boston, I just wanted to shout out Boston Ductless systems again. We hired them a little over a year ago for our condo, and when we bought a bigger house this year we hired them for a much bigger and more complicated install. They knocked it out of the park! System was installed perfectly, and it’s very efficient. But most importantly, it’s actually keeping us warm in these freezing temps! Thank you!!!
The Boston Ductless team pays close attention to the details. Evaluating your air flow, problem areas and cold vs warm weather contrast, they simply do not provide a standard estimate as our old house required a custom understanding of the challenges. Once the comprehensive estimate was complete, they guided me through enhancing our efficiency via MASS Save Partners and the rebate potential available. Overall it was an excellent experience, thank you again!
Cre and team did an excellent job in installing a combination ductless heat pump system of Mitsubishi and LG for the whole house. The team also helped in getting heat loan and rebate with MassSave. Highly recommend Boston Ductless!
Don’t let the name fool you! Boston Ductless Systems did an AMAZING job putting a whole home ducted AND ductless heat pump in our 1300 sq ft condo in Jamaica Plain. I couldn’t recommend Cre and her team at Boston Ductless highly enough. We have a fully ducted unit downstairs, and installed one ductless cassette for our one room upstairs. Cre and her team wrapped all our ductwork, and insured the installation was as energy efficient as possible.
