Don’t let the name fool you! Boston Ductless Systems did an AMAZING job putting a whole home ducted AND ductless heat pump in our 1300 sq ft condo in Jamaica Plain. I couldn’t recommend Cre and her team at Boston Ductless highly enough. We have a fully ducted unit downstairs, and installed one ductless cassette for our one room upstairs. Cre and her team were fantastic! They were quick and efficient with getting my AC heat pump units installed. They helped me with setting up the WiFi function on the units.
Cre helped us execute our heat pump install in our condo in a classic Boston triple decker. She was extremely patient, understanding and a pleasure to work with.
