Cre and team did an excellent job in installing a combination ductless heat pump system of Mitsubishi and LG for the whole house. The team also helped in getting heat loan and rebate with MassSave. Highly recommend Boston Ductless!
Don’t let the name fool you! Boston Ductless Systems did an AMAZING job putting a whole home ducted AND ductless heat pump in our 1300 sq ft condo in Jamaica Plain. I couldn’t recommend Cre and her team at Boston Ductless highly enough. We have a fully ducted unit downstairs, and installed one ductless cassette for our one room upstairs. Cre helped us execute our heat pump install in our condo in a classic Boston triple decker. She was extremely patient, understanding and a pleasure to work with. She was able to accommodate our specific needs by installing the condenser on our roof and utilizing the hallways for the lines to reach our bedrooms, living room and kitchen.
