Don’t let the name fool you! Boston Ductless Systems did an AMAZING job putting a whole home ducted AND ductless heat pump in our 1300 sq ft condo in Jamaica Plain. I couldn’t recommend Cre and her team at Boston Ductless highly enough. We have a fully ducted unit downstairs, and installed one ductless cassette for our one room upstairs. Cre and her team wrapped all our ductwork, and insured the installation was as energy efficient as possible. Cre helped us execute our heat pump install in our condo in a classic Boston triple decker. She was extremely patient, understanding and a pleasure to work with. She was able to accommodate our specific needs by installing the condenser on our roof and utilizing the hallways for the lines to reach our bedrooms, living room and kitchen. I would recommend Boston Ductless, specifically Cre, to anyone looking to install a heat pump in their home.
Cre and her team were fantastic! They were quick and efficient with getting my AC heat pump units installed. They helped me with setting up the WiFi function on the units.
We had a wonderful experience with Cre and her team and are very happy with our new heat pumps. We cannot recommend Boston Ductless Systems highly enough. When we first called to inquire about a mini-split system, a technician came to our house within 10 minutes, spent about 30 minutes looking over the house, and gave us clear and accurate information about what we needed. The proposal we got later was exactly what was said in the initial consultation.
