Cre and team did an excellent job in installing a combination ductless heat pump system of Mitsubishi and LG for the whole house. The team also helped in getting heat loan and rebate with MassSave. Highly recommend Boston Ductless!
Boston Ductless did a great job at our home in Dedham. We live in an older home - finding the best approach for installing five mini splits took some time and we appreciated the care they took in finding the right solution. The whole process took about a week and their team was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were also very helpful in walking us through the process of applying for and receiving a rebate from Mass Save. We highly recommend Boston Ductless Systems!

Boston Ductless did all the things that other customers rave about: clear contracting, transparent communication, on-time and professional crew, and the patience to retrofit the beast that is Boston's 100 year-old homes. Don’t let the name fool you! Boston Ductless Systems did an AMAZING job putting a whole home ducted AND ductless heat pump in our 1300 sq ft condo in Jamaica Plain. I couldn’t recommend Cre and her team at Boston Ductless highly enough. We have a fully ducted unit downstairs, and installed one ductless cassette for our one room upstairs. Cre and her team wrapped all our ductwork, and insured the installation was as energy efficient as possible. From booking the initial appointment to cleanup, Boston Ductless did a stellar job. We previously had window units and I can't get over how consistent the temperature is in our house and how quieter it is now. I also applaud them for how quickly they started working - it was a couple days from signing the contract. Thank you for making our home so much more comfortable and for a great price.
