This is an email i wrote to boston pizza guest services. Hope all of you are ready for a "great" read: After attending a comedy show at Grey Eagle, we decided to grab some food and drinks, expecting a relaxed and enjoyable time. Second time at this location. Gave them a second chance. Shouldn't have. Today we arrived, and were promptly seated, and our order was quickly taken. Appetizer arrived fairly promptly. When the entrees arrived, one of the two was wrong. And not a little bit wrong - the wrong item all together. January 2025 Another nice experience at this locations Boston pizza 🍕 👌🏽 ------------‐--------------------------------------- 2024 😃 It was the first time I went to this Oakridge location of Boston Pizza & first time in years going to one. It's a very nice clean location. Our waitress was Nadine & she did a fantastic job. Lots of food items to choose from on the menue. The food looked tasted great. I attended this location for a quick bite on a Saturday, the bar was not very busy. The server stood at the bar talked to the bartender. We sat for over 15 minutes without even an acknowledgment from server. Eventually we decided to order from the bartender. Who was super friendly and nice. The server had disappeared at this point. The bartender had to check on the tables. Rather than being a siting restaurant this should be considered self serve. January 16,2024 at 0730pm to 0805pm Bad Experience Me and my friend go to this place and where we ate a Hawaiian pizza and pasta macaroni for my dinner. We request extra cheese our pizza but they put less and look soggy,Uncooked dough. Pasta is recommendable and excellent but Pizza as i said not recommendable. And then Guys Beware its comes with Bills/Payment you have to check out 101% of your receipt it would be doubled charge if you are not checking it out.
