I can call Botanic at Ingleside my home for now with all the great amenities and friendly staff. The workout gym is top notch with a variety of quality equipment and is unmatched when comparing to other facilities. The dog grooming station is very convenient, the pool is clean, and the lounge has great locally roasted coffee. Really fantastic place to live, quiet neighborhood, friendly non-nosy neighbors :) It’s really beautiful and sitting beside a wildlife conservation forest. Non-smoking, great pool, gym, community areas. The people who work here are friendly and genuinely work with you on whatever you may need. Worth the price for the luxury and peace of mind, though I wish they would fix up the grounds a bit more. My children love this place, high recommend.
Just recently moved in and really enjoy it so far. Great amenities and good service too. Had a few maintenance requests initially and Peter was extremely helpful making sure everything was done for me. He was very efficient and helped with any maintenance request that I needed! I like the apartment complex and would recommend it to someone wanting to move to the area!!
I am extremely dissatisfied with the services that the condominium offers. Their employees are most of the time friendly, but they don't take care of the condominium as they should. The apartment has a lot of cockroaches in the summer and they still charge for pest control. The rubbish is not collected and when it is, it leaves the hallway dirty. The barbecue grills have constant problems, the car wash you provide almost never works. There is dog poop all over the condominium. The condominium is non-smoking, but people smo... read more
As a new resident and a sucker for great customer service, I couldn’t be happier with my move-in experience! When I picked up my keys, I realized my unit wasn’t the same floorplan I was shown months ago and was also ADA-accessible—which I didn’t need and didn’t want to take from someone who does. I caught Brittany at the office, and within 15 minutes, she found me a new unit. It was bigger, cheaper, and perfect—a total win-win!
