I came to visit a friend and the facilities are gorgseous! Seriously thinking about moving here. And the location is not too far from everything including the beach! Danicca and Brittany at the front were also super nice! They didn't even know Mr and greeted me when I came in. Great place.
I’ve stood in the guest suites several times since I have a relative who is a resident here and I have always been pleased. Both suites are always clean and I’ve never had any issues. Dannica has always been amazing to me and my daughter and has reassured me several times that if I needed anything to contact her. I was able to enjoy the pool over the weekend and it’s absolutely beautiful. I will definitely be coming back!
I have lived here for over a year now and think that it is worth noting how consistent and professional all members of the Botanic team are. I have always had positive experiences with the office and maintenance team. Jeremy with the maintenance team is not only a skilled technician but also friendly and approachable. He takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, ensuring we understand what's being done and why. His dedication to ensuring our comfort and safety is evident in every interaction.
THIS IS NOT A LUXURY APARTMENT COMPLEX The office staff is great and have the best customer service, my apartment is very nice since I moved to another floor. It is a combination of the residents and the maintenance staff that needs to be improved. The elevators are always dirty with something spilled, smeared, dropped and not picked up or wiped up. I have sent several requests for the elevator to be cleaned and they have been ignored. If you spill something why don't you clean it up. The shrubbery is pretty much dead... read more
TThis place is absolutely incredible! The view is simply breathtaking. The property is impeccably maintained and exudes beauty. And let me tell you, the pool area is absolutely mind-blowing! The staff there is beyond amazing - they are so warm, kind, and genuinely care about your needs. I have to mention Brittany too, she is outstanding! The level of care and attention she provides is truly exceptional. Overall, this place is an absolute gem!
