I came to visit a friend and the facilities are gorgseous! Seriously thinking about moving here. And the location is not too far from everything including the beach! Danicca and Brittany at the front were also super nice! They didn't even know Mr and greeted me when I came in. Great place.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the services that the condominium offers. Their employees are most of the time friendly, but they don't take care of the condominium as they should. The apartment has a lot of cockroaches in the summer and they still charge for pest control. The rubbish is not collected and when it is, it leaves the hallway dirty. The barbecue grills have constant problems, the car wash you provide almost never works. There is dog poop all over the condominium. The condominium is non-smoking, but people smo... read more
I’ve stood in the guest suites several times since I have a relative who is a resident here and I have always been pleased. Both suites are always clean and I’ve never had any issues. Dannica has always been amazing to me and my daughter and has reassured me several times that if I needed anything to contact her. I was able to enjoy the pool over the weekend and it’s absolutely beautiful. I will definitely be coming back!
Let me begin by saying I had no intention of leasing here when I initially popped in to tour the space in January. I was toying around with the idea of selling my home and wondering if apartment life was for me. They were a block away from my home so I decided to pop in to take a tour. THIS IS NOT A LUXURY APARTMENT COMPLEX The office staff is great and have the best customer service, my apartment is very nice since I moved to another floor. It is a combination of the residents and the maintenance staff that needs to be improved. The elevators are always dirty with something spilled, smeared, dropped and not picked up or wiped up.
