Idiot upstairs neighbor didn't hook up washer right and I had water in light globe in utility room. Tripped braker , lights went off.

I really enjoy living here. The staff are amazing and extremely helpful. Any maintenance requests are received and completed immediately. It’s only been a month, but I believe I found the gem of apartments in Amarillo.

My hot water heater went out day after Christmas. I was afraid it would take days and a big mess in my apartment to replace it. Nope. Boulder Bay maintenance came out promptly and replaced the unit in just a few hours - and WITHOUT any mess or water in my apartment. Thanks for the great and friendly service!
