I had my vehicle serviced at this location and was very pleased with the customer service and pricing. I called several locations and Boulder Nissan was the only location who cared about my needs and answered right away. The receptionist got me to the right person in a timely matter. Just purchased a used Nissan this evening and it was a great experience. Loved working with Mike--what a friendly guy! They all made the transaction pretty painless and efficient. Needed to address one small issue with the car and it was quickly resolved in service. It's a small lot--wish they could have a larger area because the staff seems great. Just bought my 5th nissan and second Titan yesterday. Will was great and so was the manager and finance. They didnt push me into a truck that i didnt feel comfortable spending the payments on. They even went an hour north to get the truck i wanted and delivered it to me with a full tank of gas and detail. Found my new dealership of choice.
My.husband bought a 2016 Titan XD yesyerday from Brandon and we couldnt be happier. I loathe car . shopping because to sales tactics but Brandon was friendly, honest and funny. He put us at ease and we didn't feel any pressure. I will definitely be back to have my Xterra worked on in their shop. The only complaint was the pushiness of the Finance guy.
