Absolutely worst purchasing experience… Absolutely worst purchasing experience ever. Bought a crate & bed in November of 2024 and still have not received after months and months of receiving updates with no follow through. We finally decided to cancel our order in May 2026 and still have NOT received our refund. This business is terribly run with lack of communication, no proactiveness and excuse after excuse. They really should not be in business.
Ordered a dog crate in February of 2025 and the order is unfulfilled. I was receiving responses from inquiries but that has stopped.

We have waited 8 months to receive our kennel. We paid almost $800. Emily did not return our several phone calls until we wrote a negative review. She is having supply chain issues and fired her previous vendor. We were told we would have to wait ANOTHER 4-5 months to receive our kennel. In a separate communication she then threatened that if I did not remove my 1 star review she would cancel my order entirely. So I changed the review to 3 stars with an explanation.
