Put a 5 star review on here before I could even see my storage. Changing this review immediately after finding out that I was mislead into paying for a storage that isn’t even what I paid for. Patricia was little to no help whatsoever and gave me the incorrect storage. I paid for a 5x15 storage and the unit that Patricia put me in was a 5x5 unit!!! Extremely unsatisfied!! I am pleased with my storage unit in the climate controlled building at Boulevard Self-Storage in Texarkana, Arkansas. The rate is reasonable and I'm confident that my things in storage will remain in good condition. The customer service has been outstanding each time I have contacted them. This past summer there was a temporary problem with mice due to a tenant improperly storing spices and food items which attracted the mice. I was having a difficult time setting up autopay for my account. I called customer service for assistance. Customer service representative Ruth helped me set it up quickly. She was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this storage company. They go over and beyond to meet your needs.
Getting a storage unit was a simple and quick process. My guy Ryan Raymundo was cool and easy to work with, kinda like a good ol steak that turned out perfect haha! Give them a try!
