Put a 5 star review on here before I could even see my storage. Changing this review immediately after finding out that I was mislead into paying for a storage that isn’t even what I paid for. Patricia was little to no help whatsoever and gave me the incorrect storage. I paid for a 5x15 storage and the unit that Patricia put me in was a 5x5 unit!!! Extremely unsatisfied!! Boulevard was clean and secure. Good price. Getting both set up for rental and canceling my rental (when I moved) were easy and painless. Thank you James for making cancellation easy!
I didn't have to complete the rental/move-in agreement online. Cherryl took care of everything for me, including calling me back because I needed a little extra time to fetch my insurance declaration page and e-mail it to the site. Great customer service! It is very much appreciated!
