I have used a drive up and a climate control space here. No problems at all and enjoy the climate control space. I did however forget the gate code after an extended absence. Ruth was very helpful allowing me to enter quickly on a humid day. Very professional service; I just called the phone number provided on the gate.
Great price for a good sized storage at an affordable price. I had complications completing online so I called. Thanks to Rose, she was able to get everything handled. Rose has a great attitude, very patient, and did all she could to help assist.

Put a 5 star review on here before I could even see my storage. Changing this review immediately after finding out that I was mislead into paying for a storage that isn’t even what I paid for. Patricia was little to no help whatsoever and gave me the incorrect storage. I paid for a 5x15 storage and the unit that Patricia put me in was a 5x5 unit!!! Extremely unsatisfied!!
