Explained everything that was happening and what to expect in my future appointments. The staff kind and considerate. No waiting time.
i'm a very nervous dental patient. dr rashid and her team are very concerned about me being comfortable. it is a clean, modern, light, airy and pleasant environment. the staff is always courteous and efficient. whatever my need, they always get me in in timely fashion and work diligently to make sure that my needs are met.
Erika (sp.?) does a wonderful job, always a great experience. She is very thorough with everything, the cleaning as well as answering all questions. Dr. Rashid is equally as impressive, very thorough and I appreciate updates on potential future problem areas. Front desk are always welcoming. A special thanks to Lacey for explaining insurance.
I had exrays and cleaning from Erica. She did an exceptional job especially taking time to answer my many questions. I set up 5 appointments for a permanent lower denture, since it has been a year and I am still wearing the immediate one which is much too big now. I was shocked at the cost, but I guess that can't be helped. I am a senior living on social security. Cora was my hygienist I had for my 6 month check-up. She is always pleasant, courteous and answers any questions I may have. Brittany Rashid is an excellent dentist and always puts me at ease during my checkup. She addresses my concerns, is very compassionate and has a great sense of humor.
The experience was about as good as it gets when going to the dentist. Everything went as they promised. The appointment started on time. Everything was professional and prompt. The Dentist even sings as she performs the dental activities. If you are looking for a new Dentist go see the singing Dentist.
