Huge monthly rate increase out of nowhere, then they told me they’d lower it slightly but still haven’t. They also started charging me for monthly renters insurance even though I’ve submitted proof of my own, and they acknowledged receipt that I don’t need theirs, yet they have not removed it from my account. Twice a rep has left me a voicemail saying they’d correct it and have only refunded me once, but the insurance charges are still being billed every month. The customer service at this box storage site is fantastic—very helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure your needs are met. It’s conveniently located downtown around the central business district, which is amazing. Brianna currently works there, and she’s great to work with. They provide excellent service that keeps me coming back, mostly because of their amazing team at this location. The price point helps too. Thank you, guys!

I’ve rented here before, and when I needed another storage space it was my first choice. The staff is available and very friendly, Dave was really helpful. Getting my new unit set up.

Dave was helpful and friendly. He gave us a tour of the multiple storage units. The facility itself is clean and safe.
