Easy move in. Access anytime. Locations perfect with access to I-10, 290 and 610. Office team is friendly and accessible. We had climate control for several years with not problems or issues. The site is clean and very well maintained. Ask for John and Miguel. They are always willing to g to help.
I had a great experience with Migue! He is always so helpful, friendly, and professional. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of and is always willing to help with any questions or concerns. You can tell he genuinely cares about providing great customer service. He is definitely an asset to the storage facility, and I truly appreciate all of his help. Highly recommend Miguel and this facility!
Excellent experience with the location off Bingle near Spring Valley. Everything always worked and was available, except for the restroom being locked once the office closed. Nice to be able to use the facilities or wash your hands after. Almost perfect.
We were in need of a storage unit, so we stopped by Box Self Storage on Bingle and visited with John. He provided us with the information we needed, and got us the best price for the unit we needed. If you are in need of a storage unit, I would highly recommend stopping by and visiting with John; he will defiantly take care of you in a very professional manner. As for the property, it is very clean, well lit, and very secure. To make the move to your unit; they have carts available which makes it a lot easier!
Miguel made this rental process easy. His Spanish was very good and allowed me to understand everything completely. He had a great attitude as well. John was also there and had a good attitude as well. Great experience on my end.
