Easy move in. Access anytime. Locations perfect with access to I-10, 290 and 610. Office team is friendly and accessible. We had climate control for several years with not problems or issues. The site is clean and very well maintained. Ask for John and Miguel. They are always willing to g to help.
I've had a unit here for a handful of years now and I can truly say that this place is top notch. Miguel is fantastic to talk to he has exceptional customer service and overall just gets things done in a timely manner. He goes above and beyond and I truly appreciate his help and patience. Miguel helps me a lot especially when the mobile app is giving me problems. 10/10
Office was nice and clean smells really good and clean John was very nice introduced himself and automatically asked if I would like some water which was super sweet since I’m 8 months pregnant and it’s hot out here!! Showed us a couple of unit very informative. I’ve been to other storage locations and this was the best customer service I’ve gotten so far !
This use to be a great place but now corporate decided to change everyone's due date and I never got any notice. Then I was locked out and had a lien on my unit even though I was paid up. Now I can't even get into my unit because I 1 week late. And of course you can't even contact anyone in corporate. Would not recommend this facility anymore. Well it's been 1 day since I wrote the review and of course the cowards of corporate still aren't responding. Not surprised
Excellent customer service. Miguel was very helpful . He let me preview the storage unit I wanted . I was able to take care of payment in office and they even offered the same promos in person as what they had online. I went to view other storage units and they don’t offer that . Miguel went above and beyond and wanted to clean already a clean empty unit. Lol that’s how dedicated he is . I don’t mind paying whatever the cost is, when I know I will receive out of this world customer service .
