Dr Naranjo and her team are awesome! Too awesome that I have to write a Google review. She is very patient listening to all the details and addressing our concerns. Super super good with kids. The team is very considerate. We are separated parents and they brought us two copies of everything as well as school plans and school notes without us even asking. The clinic located at 168 and maple is awesome. We had our first visit there today. This was our first experience with Boystown healthcare. The front desk staff are efficient and friendly. We met nurse, Grace, who is knowledgeable, engaging, thoughtful and professional. She encouraged me to hold our daughter in a position of comfort during shots and blood draw, which helps the child so much and doesn’t make much more work for the staff at all. WE'RE LOOKING FOR A NEW PEDIATRICS PROVIDER!!! We feel rushed when we're there. We feel the physicians we've seen did not follow through. Some of the nurses / med assistants were so brief and abrupt that we actually felt like we were a bother to ask for a school note. We have had bad experiences most of the times that we've been seen there - to the point that we're done with this office and BoysTown Pediatrics! We feel there's too many other doctors out there to put up with this over and over again.
Wonderful doctors and staff, beautiful building, and easily accessible location. Highly recommend.
Amazing clinic, always treated well and really helpful and thoughtful when answering questions.
